March 4-6, 2021

Scientific exchanges between Osaka University and the University of Strasbourg (Unistra) have a long history and their quality has led to the signature of successive joint agreements since 2006.

This symposium is organized to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the academic exchanges between Osaka University and the University of Strasbourg. The theme selected, From research to innovation, reflects the importance of this field of research for both universities. It is also linked to its strategic nature in a context of major social changes.

This symposium will emphasize the relationships between research, innovation and advanced technologies, in particular in medicine, robotics, artificial intelligence, data science and transfer from fundamental research to industrial applications.
