    The Maison Universitaire France-Japon, in collaboration with the Japan Society for Promotion of Science (JSPS), is pleased to invite you to the conference of Prof. Makoto Onaka, Graduate School of Arts and Science, The University of Tokyo, on the theme "OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE IN HOSTING INTERNATIONAL CHEMISTRY OLYMPIAD IN JAPAN". March, 14th from 5:30 p.m at the Maison Universitaire France-Japon, 42a Avenue de la Forêt Noire, Strasbourg. Résumé : We held 42nd International Chemistry Olympiad in Tokyo on July 19-28, 2010. This is our first experience in hosting the Chemistry Olympiad in Japan and welcoming more than 500 people including 267 high school students from 68 countries.     GCOE Bilateral International Exchange Program (2011) The Kyoto University, the global COE (GCOE) “The Next Generation of Physics, Spun from Universality and Emergence“ offers the bilateral international exchange program (BIEP) which allows researchers at Departments of Physics, Department of Astronomy, and Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics to invite graduate students of institutions of other countries to Japan for some periods between one and three months to participate in research activities, including scientific discussions, attending seminars, and writing joint papers with the host researchers.
